Welcome, Mamacita.

You’re not here by accident.

I’m so glad you’ve landed here - especially if you’re carrying a quiet weight, craving peace in your current seasons of life, or wondering if there’s more to this season than survival.

I’ve been there too.

birth, postpartum, marriage, ministry, and more that cracked me wide open - and I had to learn to entrust every piece of it to Jesus.

I didn’t just want a better birth, a more peaceful home, a healthy body, or a happy family. I wanted transformation - from the inside out.

And I knew I couldn’t do it alone.

Now I’m on a mission to help other women like me, like you - faith-filled, naturally-minded, sometimes messy but deeply intentional - reclaim peace, rewire your mind with truth, and walk forward with strength. Not by performing. Not by striving. But by entrusting every part of your story to the One who writes it best.

This isn’t just a brand. It’s a movement.
And you’re already a part of it.

I created Mamacita On Mission not because I had all the answers, but because I walked through seasons of…

Founder of Mamacita On Mission
Follower of Jesus. Wife. Mama of 4. Missionary of 10+years. Ordained minister. Doula-in-formation.

Because that’s where Jesus says, “Come.”

I'm not a neuroscientist. I'm not a theologian. I'm a woman who has lived a transformation, that I now invite others into.

A student of Jesus and brain science. A guide still being guided - not a guru. A witness to what happens when God rewires your mind with truth.

What qualifies me? The redemption in my own story. The obedience to steward what I’ve walked through. The transparency to say - “Come with me. I’m still learning too.”

Every resource I create is a testimony. Not of my greatness, but of His goodness.

I’m not building a brand to impress. I’m building a movement to impact. So if you feel out of your depths too - welcome. That’s often where God begins His most beautiful work.

I am writing, teaching, and building out of what I have lived. Out of deep pain, deep discovery, deep response- and the grace of a God who writes stories better than we ever could.

Out of my depths on purpose.

My Story for His Glory

The continual “Yes’ that changed everything…

  • I gave my life to Jesus as a child.
Wholehearted, sincere, deeply emotional. I followed Him the best I knew how - and it was real. At 18 years old God called me to share Him with others in a Spanish-speaking country snd I said, “YES!” But as I got older, my “yes” got quieter as I held it to my heart while I trying to pursue a life I thought I should want - career, financial stability, love. I spent years living with one foot in surrender and one foot in pursuit of what the world said I should want and my own self-preservation, yet full of private brokenness. Passionate but unprepared. Ready and willing to GO when the door opened, but seeing no way to get there. But God, in His mercy, never stopped pursuing the rest of me. And eventually, I said yes again.

  • During this time in my life of growing up, I believed in God, served Him, and loved people. But there were cracks in my identity and gaps in my understanding of grace. Fear had it’s hold on me -   I thought I was surrendered, but I was still gripping the pen. Still trying to write my own story - and control how it was read. Until God gently exposed the fracture: You can’t heal what you won’t hand over.

  • When I said yes again, everything changed. The call to the mission field God had placed on my life at 18 years old came to fruition when I said “YES” to my now husband - a man who had also entrusted his life to God and already said “Yes'“ to the mission field himself.

We fell in love - called to the same mission. A “yes” God used to bring me into yet a deeper level of surrender.

I left everything familiar, got married, went into full-time ministry, and moved to the mission field in Mexico. What began as a simple willingness led to obedience and obedience into my lifelong calling.

Our “yes” was already on the table when we met. And we’ve been saying it together every day since.

  • Of all the places I thought God would radically transform me…
I never expected it to be in birth.

But that’s where He met me. And it was in birth that I first experienced what it meant to truly be transformed by the renewing of my mind (Romans 12:2).

To prepare my whole person - body, mind, spirit, emotions, relationships -
and entrust the process, the unknowns, and the outcome to God.

To surrender - not in fear, but in faith. As I labored, I praised. And I didn’t experience the sensations as pain— but as great purpose, profound peace, and even unshakable joy in the midst of the refining pressure. Birth changed everything. And I knew…

    This wasn’t just for labor.
    It was for life.

  • What began in birth spilled into everything: motherhood, marriage, grief, daily rhythms. I realized I’d spent years asking God for transformation while still living in agreement with fear, pressure, and old mindsets. I hadn’t changed the way I thought.

When I began the process of renewing my mind—intentionally, repeatedly, and with God, using Scripture, Spirit-led rhythms, and neuroscience-backed strategies, everything began to shift: my thought patterns, my emotional responses, my spiritual walk, my relationships, even my physical health.

This was a real, Biblical, science-backed path to lasting change. Not manifestation. Not willpower. Not self-help, empowerment rituals, another Bible study, or passive surrender. It was God-designed neuroplasticity, submitted to Christ Himself. God wasn’t asking me to strive harder. He was inviting me to rewire my mind with His truth - in alignment with the way He designed the brain to work.

  • Over the past 10 years working with families globally, I began to observe in other Christian women similar life patterns and frustration that I myself lived with day in and day out - a frustration with myself and what seemed like my inability to change no matter the depth of my sincerity or spiritual fervor.

I knew from my own walk that they weren’t lazy or unspiritual either. They were sincere, just exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in cycles they didn’t know how to break - just like me. And behind many of their struggles? A consumption of toxic positivity, well-meaning devotionals and sermons, broken theology, New Age concepts, or self-help techniques dressed up as truth. So, I got to work to create what I needed and couldn’t find, and to make it available to women everywhere, in both English and Spanish:

Christ-centered, neuroscience-informed, and emotionally responsive tools that speak truth to the mind and peace to the spirit in the moments we need them the most. Tools that meet women where they are - in birth, motherhood, marriage, grief, health, identity, and more.

  • What you’ll find here is what I call Volnerablism: the sacrificial act of offering your real story for the benefit of others.

This is what Mamacita On Mission is built on. Not polished perfection, but the lived experience of walking my own Imperfect Intentional Journey toward Christ. Real flaws. Real freedom. Real reliance on God. Imperfect yet intentional, Christ-centered, and whole. This is my offering: everything I’ve lived, lost, learned, and been redeemed from… made available to you through bilingual, truth-filled resources, stories, rhythms, and tools that actually work.

  • I built Mamacita On Mission because I needed it—and I knew I wasn’t alone. I built it to meet the woman I once was - and still am in some ways: overwhelmed, hungry for God, desperate for peace, and longing to live with intention and in victory in her mind but unsure how.

It exists to meet the woman who’s doing her best to follow God but still feels stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. To provide what the world cannot: biblical truth and brain science, spiritual formation and emotional regulation, bilingual access and practical tools.

This isn’t just a brand. It’s a movement. A resource hub. An invitation to live differently- rooted in Christ, formed by truth, guided by neuroscience, and soaked in grace.

    Every declaration, every bundle, every tool and product is designed to walk with you through your real-life seasons;

Because M.O.M. isn’t just for birth—it’s for the whole journey: marriage, motherhood, health, grief, faith, identity, and beyond.

It’s a life companion for the woman who wants to walk in peace, live with purpose, and entrust her story fully to God.

  • What started with one yes became a continual yes. And now, by God’s grace, it’s not just changing my life—it’s changing the lives of women and families in Mexico and beyond.

This movement isn’t just about personal healing; it’s also about community transformation. That’s why Mamacita On Mission is deeply connected to our nonprofit here in Mexico.

Mamacita On Mission doesn’t stand alone - it was born from, and pours back into, the nonprofit my husband and I co-founded: Amor Yucatán Peninsula - Construyendo el Futuro de Familias, where we serve children and families through Christ-centered sports, education, early childhood programs, disaster relief, and community response.

That’s why our financial model is called: “We Rise Together.” Because when you make a purchase, you’re not just buying a product - you’re sowing a seed into the lives of women, children, and families in Mexico as well who are also being transformed - mind, body, and spirit.

Every tool plants a seed funding and furthering this development.

Every step you take toward freedom helps offer it to someone else.

You don’t walk alone. And you don’t rise alone either.

    Because your yes matters, too.

Your surrender. Your renewal. Your story.

It’s not too late. You’re not too far. And the transformation you long for? It’s possible—when you intentionally prepare and entrust the process to God.

    So go ahead. Say yes.

    Again. And again.

Let it be for your good, and for His glory.
