I retrained my mind to process the sensations of birth not as pain but as purpose and progress. This renewing of my mind led to the transformation of my physical lived experience. And as a result, I did not experience those sensations as pain in the last three of our four births.

Follower of Jesus. Wife. Mom of 4. Ordained minister, Missionary of 10+years, Doula-in-formation.

A guide still being guided - rooted in faith, shaped by neuroscience, and writing from the depths I’ve walked through. I’ve spent over a decade in global ministry, community-building, and serving women and families across cultures.

But the biggest transformation I’ve seen didn’t come from any of this - it came from my own story - from intentionally  preparing my mind, body, and spirit for birth… and entrusting the entire experience to Him.

Through that process I was able to reframe childbirth and the sensations within it, as result not experiencing them as pain but rather refining  PRESSURE and immense PURPOSE. 

Now I want to help individuals  renew their minds and transform their lives through Christ-centered. Spirit-led. Neuroscience-informed. Experience-based. Resources Available in English & Spanish. that carry you not just through birth, but beyond.

I created Mamacita On Mission because I needed it. And after living the transformative power of such tools in birth, I was convinced to take it from labor to the living room and beyond. Not just for me. But for you too.

Hola Mamacita,

Mamacita On Mission was born amidst the refining pressure of childbirth. The transformation I experienced there, empowered me to finally understand how to ACTUALLY renew my mind as God calls us to do. And now, God is asking me to invite other women into that same faith-fueled, joy-soaked, imperfect intentional journey of surrender right where they are – amidst their own season of womanhood. What began as my personal journey has grown into a global mission to serve both English & Spanish speaking women across various seasons of life with Christ-centered, neuroscience-informed, experience-proven resources beginning in birth but flowing into the living room and many other seasons and aspects of life.
